Services Provided

HVON Studio provides web design, local SEO, and branding services for Gold Coast businesses and surrounding areas. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon prior to commencement.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to commence design and development work.
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed project, prior to launch.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery is 7 business days from receipt of the deposit and completion of the client briefing. Rush delivery (3 business days) is available as a paid add-on. Timelines are contingent on the client providing timely feedback and approvals.

Revisions

• All packages include 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
• Additional revision rounds beyond the included 2 are charged at $80 AUD per hour.
• Major scope changes after design commencement may be treated as a new project.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Complete the required briefing within 48 hours of deposit payment.
• Provide any specific assets (photos, logos) within 48 hours of request.
• Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all final delivered files and the completed website.
• HVON Studio retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced. If a project is cancelled prior to commencement, the deposit may be refunded at HVON Studio's discretion. No refunds are issued once the final deliverable has been approved and launched.

Limitation of Liability

HVON Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the total value paid for the project.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
